No. Valo Optimise only makes OS-level changes — power plans, DNS, registry keys, Windows settings. It never touches Valorant's game process, memory, or files. Riot's Vanguard anti-cheat has no issue with OS optimisation tools.
Results vary by hardware and how un-optimised your PC was to start. Most users report 30–100+ FPS gains on mid-range rigs (GTX 1060 to RTX 3060 class). The biggest wins come from the CPU timer resolution, background process kill, and power plan changes.
